I would like to readdress a situation that occurred at the minnehaha location. I received a follow up phone call from a gentlemen from that location who acknowledged and took the time to call me directly. I feel so bad for the first review i displayed after talking to this man because just talking to him was awesome he has a heart of gold. My experience i would say i learned that honest-1auto care does excellent work and cares about their customers YES i will be returning because i have never had a oil changing business care about a customer like Honest-1 Auto Care keep up the good work you have a customer for life.

I took my car to Toyota El Cajon service department because of a clicking noise coming from the left front wheel area of my car. The Toyota service department staff said it was "worn axle shaft" and quoted $970+ to repair. Family and friends recommended that I get a second opinion since my car is just over 5 years old. Anyway, I took the car to Honest1 auto shop for a second opinion. The Honest1 mechanic came back to report the noise was from my loose hub cap. He pushed the hub cap back into place and the shop charged nothing for it. I no longer hear the clicking noise. I don't write reviews. But, I decided to write this review as a kudos to that Honest1 mechanic who found the problem in less than 10 minutes and saved me over $900. Thank you sir! You did not take advantage of my lack of knowledge of car repair and I appreciate you.

Honest1 Gandy Blvd. Tampa Florida....this auto shop is very excellent one to visit for repairs....I just gave the note to Mellissa what stuff needs to be done....Sounds very GREAT HONEST1 GUYS.... I paid only $147.51 for the repairs that they tried to fix my Ford Escape 2009 for 2 days. Mellissa knows how to ease your worries while your talking to hear...She is an awesome beautiful lady...Thank you very much guys

I recently relocated to the Volusia County area, and unfortunately in need of a repair for my Camero. To this date, I have visited the Deltona location at least 3 times and every time I have had the pleasure of working with the Service Advisor, Carlos F. He has made my experience with Honest 1 less stressful than my previous car repair experience. He maintains contact with me regarding every need of my vehicle, he appears to be knowledgeable of the services provided, and provides ongoing support and guidance through every repair process I have encountered. Carols customer service skills are what motivates my return as well. He is always smiling, attentive, and ensures the customers seeking Honest 1 for repair services needs are genuinely met. Outside of the affordable repair cost, I consider this my repair shop of choice during my stay in the Volusia County area and would recommend the Deltona Location to anyone in need of car repair services.

A few months ago I needed an oil change and decided to give these guys a try. I had just moved to Davie a little over a year ago and wasn't very familiar with the local vendors. I've since been back a few times and am extremely impressed. They have good prices and I trust them. In the most recent visit, I thought I would end up paying a few hundred dollars for a repair. When I took the car in and discussed it with them, they told me the repair I had in mind would be, as I expected, nearly $500. But after chatting for a couple minutes, they decided they had an idea that would be a better solution and be a lot cheaper. The repair they suggest cost only $35! And it worked great! I trust these guys to give me great service at a fair price and will use them for all my car maintenance and repair from now on.

We have been long time regular customers of Honest 1 Auto Care - Roswell. Each time we need repair or routine maintenance on our vehicles, we depend on Dennis or Jordan. This latest time, our 2003 Chevy Tahoe (295,000+miles) needed some real repairs to our cooling system with items like; Drive Belt, Serpentine belt, cooling motor. They went to work right away and went the extra mile to make sure we were totally satisfied. They were both professional and explained everything they did. When we picked up the Tahoe , we left our Nissan Murano for a simple oil change. When we picked that car up, Honest 1 had provided us with a total readout of each system of Murano. We were totally satisfied and will use Honest 1 for all our car maintenance in the future.
