The North Richland Hills, Texas location has exceptional employees. They helped my son with his Dodge Dart on multiple occasions and even drove him home while his car was in the shop. The staff at the Richmond Highway office in Alexandria is terrific. I am delighted with the service, and the price. I recommend them highly.

Shon was amazing. Nice guy and went the extra mile. I'm out of state and he treated what I needed him to do as if I was standing right there. Couldn't be happier. This shop has top notch integrity and work ethic.

I like Honest-1...the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and sharp. I got to talk to the owner George, a little bit while he himself took me home and back...he seems to be a very smart guy and sincere, indeed.

No stars! Review of Honest 1 Auto Care, Shelby Ray Ct. Charleston, SC. There is nothing honest about the owner of this business, Chris Lloyd. He had my truck for 2 days for an oil change and brake job, cost $1000. Again in Feb for 2 days for left lifter. March fir 2 days, right lifter. April 25 thru May 4 for 10 days for right bank, charge $2222. July 8 through July 19 for the left bank for anothee $2222. August 15 to PRESENT DAY!!! (53 days!!!) .... so far, for an intake ASM lifter. Part arrived Sept 11. As of October 5 the part HAS NOT BEEN installed. About 5 weeks ago, a wrecker from Davis Towing, owned by Mije Harley, pulldd a car WITH NO BRAKES! onto the grounds of Honest 1. As they unloaded it, they used my truck to stop it. D'oh! My truck was damaged on the entite driver's side. I told Mike Harlwy ascwell as Chris Lloyd, to call the Police and file an accident report and also have an adjuster look at it to assess the damage. They chose TO DO NEITHER. When i confronted them, their reasoning was THEY DID NOT WANT THEIR INSURANCE COMPANIES TO FIND OUT ABOUT IT. HONESTLY? It is now October 7 and my truck not only doesn't run, but IT'S ALSO WRECKED. Because of these 2 'gentlemen' I have been forced to miss two appointments with my Oncologist. I am a breast cancer survivor. As of this morning, i have notified the INSURANCE COMMISSIONER as well as the COMMISSIONER OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS. I was advised to also notify the local MAGISTRATE and they are notifying the Insurance carriers. As far as rating their "service" they receive NO STARS ... Zero! Email is [email protected]

Just recently went to Honest-1 on Courthouse Road in Spotsylvania, Va for a state inspection. The facility is clean and well kept. The service writer is courteous, professional and thorough. I arrived around 8 am and the inspection was completed quickly while I waited (about 30 minutes).
