Recently I had some car trouble recently and decided to take it in to you service on highway 3 and Diffley in Eagan minnesota.I have been going to honest one for going on ten years.I go there because of the great service and the warranty you offer.Your manager there named Joe was very cooperating and because he handle my problem,I will continue to bring my business to that honest one cause like the name says he was very honest and handled my problem to my satisfaction.

This place is amazing, and the personnel straight forward no nonsense. I was very hesitant to take my Mercedes to a shop even for an oil change, but I am glad I did select this shop in my area. I love to support the businesses in South Elgin, because I want them to be here; specially if they are good.

I have been going to the Honest-1 in Davie, FL for over a year, and it is truly awesome to feel like I can trust my mechanic. My most recent experience, I called about a flat tire. My wife was an hour away from me, and I was on my way to her, and I called Honest-1 because I didn't think her car had the spare tire anymore. Luis, the store manager, was trying to find a solution for me to the point of wishing he could give me the spare from his own car, but it wouldn't have fit (wrong car type). He asked about my insurance and suggested that I call them, and that it might be a free tow service through our insurance. We hung up the phone, and I was working on it, when Luis called me back, and he had taken the time to research my wife's car, and he discovered that the spare tire was hidden underneath. I couldn't believe that he cared that much, but he did. I got to her, changed the tire, and drove behind her the whole way home to make sure she got home safe, before I headed back to work. I arrived to Honest-1 this morning with her car, and they fixed it right away at the cost of $30. AWESOME COMPANY BECAUSE OF AWESOME PEOPLE. I've also worked with Anthony, the assistant store manager, on other occasions, and he is always incredibly helpful too. The whole staff is professional, respectful, and clearly has integrity. I will never go anywhere else for my cars.

I had my car towed on Sunday. Vince and Maria took care of everything. When they were finished they called me to tell me what they had done and how much I owed. It was after 3:00 so they were closed. I told them that I would come in the next morning to get my car because they were closed and they told me that they would wait for me to come pick it up that day.
